One moment we feel like we have it all together, and the next we’re facepalming and wondering where things went wrong. We can be walking contradictions.

A little bit about me
I am based in the San Francisco Bay Area, a slice of California I feel a great sense of pride to call home and where I am active in my community.
I value inclusivity, self-expression, personal autonomy, and integrity. I chose the field of Social Work to be a change agent–advocating for social issues such as mental health care, affordable housing accessibility, system reform, and equity.
I have been told many times that I have a big heart, sense of humor, grounding energy, am extremely versatile, and exhibit genuine care for others, all of which I believe shows up in my therapeutic work.

My professional background
I have 20 years of experience working in the healthcare and mental health industry in a variety of settings. I completed my clinical training at Barry University School of Social Work in Miami in 2005, and shortly after licensure moved to California.
My professional pursuits have encompassed providing direct clinical services such as individual, couples, group, and family therapy to program development, management, and clinical supervision. This experience has given me a mix of adaptable and flexible skills, allowing me to provide you with a customized approach that uniquely suits your needs.
