You might be right at the beginning of your career and worried about making the next right choice-only, you feel like you have no clue what that is. You’re afraid you’ll fall flat on your face. Maybe you’re really hard on yourself and you know that’s not great, but you’re not sure how to do it differently.

Or maybe you are established in your career but there is a lot to be desired in your personal life. You don’t feel connected to the people you love. Each week can feel like a cycle of caffeine, wine, repeat. You’ve accomplished so much, and yet it doesn’t feel how you thought it would.

 
 

Or maybe you feel like living in a world not designed for how you think and learn. Some days you can do all the things, but most days, you can’t. And it’s hard not to judge yourself when it seems like it’s so much easier for almost everyone else.

Therapy should be a collaborative process. Yes, I bring extensive professional experience and training, but you are the expert on you! We will work together to set goals that feel right. I’ll make sure we are making progress by checking-in and re-thinking things if they aren’t working. I work this way because I believe in you, and know that you have everything you need to be successful, whatever that means to you (even if you don’t feel that way now).
